We respect all our clients’ right to confidentiality and our undivided attention, so phone calls will not be answered if we are already with a client.

However, do leave a short message with your name and number and we will get back to you as soon as we are available.

Please note:

• Messages that are received before 4pm, Monday to Friday will be answered the same day.
• Messages outside these hours will be answered within 24 hours.

My name is Sandra and I am an integratively trained counsellor. I have a particular interest in Bereavement and Loss, with several years’ experience working in this field, including counselling for a local hospice and for Cruse Bereavement Care.

I offer a professional, non-judgemental, confidential service for clients who need a safe, contained place and dedicated time to work through their grief and loss.

I am a member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical framework
